"Whenever I mention to my daughter that we are going to 'Musik, she runs to the door and jumps up and down with excitement. She sings and dances all day long, and last week when we were doing the shopping she started to sing a Kindermusik shopping song at the top of her voice (to the amusement of the other shoppers).

She is getting better and better at singing "in tune" and can keep the beat really well. A friend who is a speech pathologist told us it was fantastic for her speech development.

"The children have fun but little do they realize that the foundations of musical knowledge are being learnt - dynamics, tempo, rhythm. Lessons are exciting, stimulating and at the same time educational.

Participation is encouraged but not demanded.
Variety of activities (song, dance, playing instruments and stories) keeps young minds interested and absorbed.
Paramount is the use of percussion instruments to play and entertain.

With each lesson children become more confident and familiar.
