Prospect classes on Saturdays.

Music has always been a big part of Geoff's life. Whether singing,
playing, arranging, conducting, teaching, recording or producing,
Geoff's motivation, enthusiasm & energy for music have always
been exceptional.
Following various roles within the state public service, Geoff
took an opportunity in 2001 to put music at the centre of his
working life, establishing 'Tritones', an Adelaide business
which teaches music classes for young children.
"I've been singing basically all of my life - in musicals,
choirs, vocal groups and our band, both live and in recording
studios, and I love impacting positively on development, particularly
with young children, so this is a work from my heart",
he says.
"When our own son was born, we wanted to give him the best
start we could, so we chose Kindermusik®, and are absolutely
thrilled with what it has fostered and continues to bring out
in him - musically, with language & concepts, singing, pitch
recognition, imagination, socially & emotionally and in
us together as we relate as a family."
"This is what I want to give to other families through
my teaching."
"A good start in music is a good start in life. It's not
only musical development, it's the development of the whole
child and improving learning capacity.
Both my experience and the extensive research shows that it
really works."
"Please talk to me if you're interested in your child's
development. I would love to help" he says.

Shannon has long had a passion for music and for teaching young
children.
She grew up surrounded by music and some of her earliest memories
were singing with her family. She learned piano from the age
of 7, then began harp when she was 12, achieving her Associate
Diploma in Pedal Harp in 1998.
She graduated from the Elder Conservatorium in Adelaide in 1997,
during which time she completed her Kodaly Certificates (in
Primary Music Education). Shannon has tutored with the Australian
Girls' Choir, taught piano and has played harp at numerous weddings.
Completing her Bachelor of Education at Tabor, (graduating 'dux'
of the College) in 1999, she then worked for 6 years at Sunrise
Christian School (Junior Primary Teacher, Music Teacher and
Choir Director), before becoming the mother of two beautiful
girls (Kaitlin & Mianna) and a gorgeous son (Justin).
Shannon is a warm, gentle and enthusiastic teacher who loves
to watch each child experience the joy and wonder of music,
laying the foundations for learning in all areas of development.
Parents often comment on her caring manner and sense of fun
that captivates the children and adults in her classes.
"The look of wonder on my daughter's faces as they experience
the magic of music is the best gift I could ever give them.
I want others to have the same opportunity."

Janet Ready comes to Tritones with a wealth of knowledge, training
and experience in many areas.
As a wife, mother and Grandma, music has always been a big part
of her life.
Growing up, she was involved in school concerts, attended music
& movement classes, singing lessons and her family enjoyed
singing around the piano.
A qualified teacher, Janet has taught children for many years
and recently has been relief teaching in several kindergartens
and Junior Primary schools.
While her own 3 sons were younger, she successfully ran her
own Family Daycare business for more than 7 years.
Janet loves and understands children and their parents. She
is patient, calm, personable, flexible and has a great sense
of fun which she will bring to her Kindermusik classes.
Janet is excited to be teaching Kindermusik with Tritones as
it combines her love of children and adults, music and teaching
in a research-based educational program, while having lots of
